You may visit an office, factory, or production site to check goods and discuss business matters. However, you cannot perform operational work or continuously supervise production or sales activities while using this visa.

Yes. Your stay permit may be extended before it expires, subject to immigration approval, for a total stay of up to 180 days during that visit. The extension process is handled online by a sponsor, even though most applicants do not need a sponsor when initially applying for the D2 visa.
