Refund Policy
Last Updated: 29th July 2026
This Refund Policy applies to services purchased through IndonesiaVisa.com, an independent visa assistance service operated by IRCC FZCO.
By submitting an application and completing payment, the applicant confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this Refund Policy.
1. General No-Refund Policy
All payments made to IndonesiaVisa.com are non-refundable once the order has been placed and payment has been successfully completed.
Processing may begin immediately after payment. This may include reviewing submitted information, checking documents, preparing application data, allocating staff, providing customer support and arranging third-party or government-related services.
The applicant authorises IRCC FZCO to begin providing the selected services immediately after payment.
2. Government Visa Fees
Government visa fees are non-refundable after payment.
Government fees will not be refunded if:
- The visa application is refused
- The visa application is delayed
- The applicant withdraws or cancels the application
- The applicant changes their travel plans
- The applicant provides incorrect or incomplete information
- The applicant fails to provide requested documents
- The applicant is unable to travel
- The applicant submits another application through a different provider or government channel
- The visa is approved but not used
Visa decisions, processing times and entry permission are controlled solely by the relevant Indonesian immigration authorities.
3. IRCC FZCO Service Fees
IRCC FZCO’s private service fees are non-refundable after payment.
The service fee covers work that may begin immediately, including application support, document review, administrative preparation, communication and customer assistance.
The service fee remains non-refundable even where:
- The applicant cancels the service
- The application is refused
- Government processing is delayed
- The applicant does not respond to requests for information
- The applicant submits incorrect or incomplete details
- The applicant is no longer able or willing to travel
- The applicant applies through another service provider or directly through a government channel
4. Optional Services
Fees paid for optional services are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
Optional services may include:
- Priority Application Review
- Medical or travel insurance
- Document-related assistance
- Translation or administrative support
- Other additional services selected during the application process
Purchasing an optional service does not guarantee visa approval, government processing within a particular period or entry into Indonesia.
Where an optional service is supplied by a third party, that provider’s applicable terms may also apply.
5. Priority Application Review
The Priority Application Review fee is non-refundable.
This service only provides priority internal handling by IRCC FZCO. It does not guarantee:
- Application submission within a fixed period
- Government processing within 48 hours
- Visa approval
- Visa issuance by a particular date
- Entry into Indonesia
Delays caused by immigration authorities, technical systems, missing documents or applicant response times do not create a right to a refund.
6. Visa Rejection
No refund will be provided when an application is rejected or refused by the Indonesian immigration authorities.
Payment is made for the government application process, private assistance and selected additional services—not for a guaranteed visa outcome.
IRCC FZCO cannot influence or control the final visa decision.
7. Customer Cancellation
No refund will be provided if the applicant cancels after payment for any reason, including:
- Change of travel dates
- Change of destination
- Personal or medical reasons
- Flight cancellation
- Failure to obtain leave from work
- Failure to provide documents
- Applying for the wrong visa category
- Deciding to apply through another provider
- Deciding to apply directly through the government
Applicants should review the selected visa category, fees and travel requirements before completing payment.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Information
No refund will be provided where an application cannot proceed, is delayed or is refused because the applicant supplied:
- Incorrect personal information
- Incorrect passport details
- Invalid or expired documents
- Unclear document copies
- Incomplete supporting documents
- Misleading or false information
- Information that does not match the applicant’s passport
The applicant is responsible for reviewing all submitted information before payment and submission.
9. Duplicate Applications
No refund will be provided where the applicant intentionally or accidentally submits more than one separate application or places more than one separate order.
Applicants must check for an existing order or application before making another payment.
Duplicate technical charge
Where the payment system processes the same transaction more than once because of a verified technical error, the applicant should contact IRCC FZCO with payment evidence.
A verified duplicate technical charge may be reversed where required by applicable law or payment-provider rules. This does not apply to separate applications, separate orders or repeated purchases made by the applicant.
10. Processing Delays
Government processing times are estimates and are outside IRCC FZCO’s control.
No refund will be provided because of delays caused by:
- Indonesian immigration authorities
- Government holidays
- Additional security checks
- Requests for further information
- Technical systems
- High application volumes
- Airline or travel disruptions
- The applicant’s delayed response
- Incomplete or incorrect documents
11. Application Already Processed or Submitted
No refund will be provided after any processing activity has started or after information has been submitted to a government, immigration, payment, insurance or third-party system.
The applicant acknowledges that certain fees and actions cannot be reversed after processing begins.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Applicants should contact IRCC FZCO before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Submitting a chargeback does not automatically create a right to a refund. IRCC FZCO may provide the payment provider with relevant records, including:
- Acceptance of the Refund Policy
- Application details
- Selected services
- Fee disclosures
- Customer communications
- Evidence of work performed
- Transaction and access records
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
13. Exceptions Required by Law
This Refund Policy does not exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
A refund or payment reversal may be provided where required by:
- Applicable law
- A binding court or regulatory decision
- Payment-provider rules
- A verified duplicate technical transaction
- A confirmed billing error caused by IRCC FZCO
